This July, independent contemporary art space EDiT. Gallery is turning up the saturation with a new exhibition that’s as bold in message as it is in palette. PiNK iS FOR EVERYBODY opens on July 10th and runs until July 20th, at their Greenwich Market location—and it's more than a celebration of colour. It’s a statement.
This exhibition goes deeper than the colour; PiNK iS FOR EVERYBODY challenges the binary associations of pink—softness, femininity, passivity—and repositions it as a hue of protest, power, joy and health.
Featuring works from a dynamic mix of artists including Hackney Dave, Hannah Lipsey, Mister Samo, Sara Pope, Bhavin Bhadresa and more, the show explores pink in all its pluralities. Across screen prints, perspex sculptures, drawings and light installations, the colour emerges not as a stereotype but a spectrum. “Pink is power, rebellion, and divinity,” says Bhavin Bhadresa. “In my work, pink is both defiance and celebration.”
It’s this spirit of reclamation that makes PiNK iS FOR EVERYBODY feel necessary. In a world where pink is still reduced to clichés, the exhibition reminds us that no colour belongs to one gender, one mood or one story.
There’s another layer to this show; a cause that makes the title all the more potent. The exhibition doubles as a fundraiser for a beloved EDiT. team member, who is seeking gender-affirming healthcare. With wait times for NHS support exceeding five years, the gallery is using its platform to fill the gap.

In solidarity, artists have donated exclusive works and created limited-run T-shirts with 100% of profits going to this cause. “Gender-affirming care is life-saving,” says gallery founder Bee Hepworth. “It should be accessible to all—without exception, and without question.”
Through this dual lens—artistic and activist—PiNK iS FOR EVERYBODY is more than an exhibition; it’s a call to action and a celebration of community. A challenge to reimagine colour, and a reminder that care is a collective act.
PiNK iS FOR EVERYBODY runs from July 10th–20th at EDiT. Gallery, Greenwich Market, with a private view on July 9. Expect new originals, exclusive prints and a community standing boldly together.
